It's nice to meet you.
If you’re tired of surface-level fixes, recurring fire drills, and solving the same problems again and again, you’re in the right place. I’m here to help you get to the root cause of your challenges, rebuild processes with clarity, and create work that has lasting impact.

Amy's Story
After more than two decades in marketing, advertising, digital product, and media agencies, I realized something: almost every large project I touched — no matter how straightforward it looked on paper — was really just a facade for a bigger problem. A restructuring disguised as a website redesign. A broken workflow hiding behind a missed campaign deadline. A cultural disconnect showing up as "scope creep."

I learned to listen for what isn't being said, and to look for the patterns under the surface. It became clear to me that behind every brief, every fire drill, every "urgent request," there was always a deeper question: What problem actually needs to be solved?

That curiosity shaped my career. I led teams through ambiguity, guided clients across countless industries, and built operational structures that not only solved immediate challenges but also strengthened the systems supporting them. I used my formal training as a PMP and Certified Scrum Master as a baseline because I like to know the rules before I break them. My ability to think outside conventional approaches made me the go-to person when things got messy. I didn't necessarily have all the answers, but I had a knack for identifying the core issues and developing a clear, honest, and sustainable plan to move forward.

That same mindset carries into my volunteer work with an affordable housing nonprofit, Local Deeds. I apply the same operational rigor, strategic thinking, and people-first approach to helping local workers find permanant housing in the community they serve. The work is different, but the throughline is the same: systems matter, clarity creates momentum, and meaningful change happens when you address the real problem, not just the visible one.

Bona Fide is the result of all of that experience. It's where I bring together project management discipline, operational clarity, straight-talking guidance, and a genuine belief that teams thrive when the root issues are finally acknowledged and fixed.
